I’m on the way thanks to Rahul
I had always struggled to get into the fitness of any sort and always felt
embarrassed when I went to the gym looking at all those other fit guys around
me. Working with Rahul in his personal studio really got me over this. Now I
have a regular training program, feel much better and more confident, and am
comfortable in any gym or workout class.

Wasn’t sure I could do this
I knew I didn’t take care of myself as well but struggled to find the motivation
until a friend recommended Rahul: he was patient but persistent with me,
encouraging and motivating me to push a little harder each week. I am not
finished yet but already I feel much better, and people are noticing the

I thought I was fit!
I always thought I was fit until I trained with Rahul – he has taken me to a whole
new level. This wasn’t just about gym training with Rahul though – he helped
me understand and change my approach to include greater awareness of what
to eat and drink when and to build in time to calm and be present through yoga.
More of a workout buddy now than a trainer.

Thanks, Rahul – I really appreciated the care you took to personalize the training
and find the right balance of exercises that tested my limits but were still
possible for me. I loved the mix of gym and yoga. I am already feeling much
fitter and more confident to keep this going.
