Goals should be set dictated by what a client is able to do.. Not what they intend to do.
We all desire to look a certain way for which we often set goals. These goals are usually us trying to make ourselves in better shape or smart or strong or endurant.
I often see people extremely enthusiastic about starting their new regime whether it’s about starting to exercise or cutting down on their sugar or fat cravings. It’s easier said than done or making resolutions and then letting things slide because sometimes we just can’t make it and then it gets out of hand over repeated abscenties. There can be a million reasons as to why you can skip a day but it’s all about a state of mind in the end.
