At its full extent, its a state of being and a community built on a balanced approach to physical and mental wellbeing, care about yourself and how you are and look, supported by a good nutrition plan.
I am a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor with a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training, a qualified nutritionist and a qualified Yoga instructor. I have competed at national level in on-line skating and youth coached. I have passed the extremely demanding training for entry to the Royal Marines. I am also a qualified Rescue Level Suba Diver.
I focus on Vinyasa in my training but also recommend and coach meditative yoga where people are interested in exploring mindfulness.
I have integrated many approaches in my practice and coaching including HIIT, Strength & Endurance Training, pilates, breath work, Kriyas and meditation supported by a challenging vinyasa practice, a functional fitness class or a bodyweight workout.
I have a room dedicated as a fitness studio in my home in Pimlico where I can train people who prefer to travel to a private space for training.
I can train within my small fitness studio in Pimlico, travel to your home, go to your gym with you, take you to a gym with me or, weather permitting, train outside in a nearby park (there are several near me in Pimlico). The choice is yours.
This depends on how many people I have signed up but this can either be in a room at a local gym or outside in a nearby park (weather permitting).
Anywhere in London within Zones 1 and 2. I will consider travel to the other zones in London depending on the consultation.
